Tom O'Donoghue

Born in Baltimore in April of 1962, Tom is the seventh born out of eight children. Tom learned at an early age the importance of teamwork. He learned the work ethic of pitvhing in around the house to help keep it clean and how to serve others before self.

Moving to Northdrige, CA in 1967, as a five year old, Tom enjoyed playing in the sorrounding orchards and riding his bike in the local hills.

After high school and during college, Tom met the love of his life, Peggy, and was married on Valentine's Day of 1987. Some three years later, their family started to grow to three boys and a pricess at number four.

In October of 1987, Tom joined the mortgage industry while working for several of the largest lenders in the nation where he closed over 5,000 loans in 23 years.

Since 2012, Tom has specialized solely in reverse loans and helps seniors and their families to thrive and build out their legacies. In April of 2019, Tom started Reverse Loans Now.

In June of 2023, Tom reached the top of the reverse loan industry by becoming a Reverse Loan Mortgage Professional (CRMP) that requires intensive training, production standards, background checks, Certified Ethical Standards requirements, and a extremely difficult monitored knowledge test with aminimum score of 80% to pass (only 25% of applicants pass the exam). There are less than 200 active CRMPs in the industry.

It is not unususal for Tom to be quoted and interviewed from various industry related media outlets, due to his expertise and being in the top 5% of reverse loan officers nationwide.

Tom has also been called to court to be an expert witness involving Senior Financial Abuses cases.
